Automobile Collisions

On September 14, 1937, a young boy from Whitfield county, Robert Nicholson, was horribly injured through the careless actions of an automobile driver.  Not only did the law firm of Mitchell & Mitchell help Robert and his family recover money for his injuries, the firm made history by establishing, in Georgia, a new legal concept for the protection of child passengers in automobile collisions. The Georgia Supreme Court case of Gazaway v. Nicholson, 190 Ga. 345 (1940), is used today as legal precedent by lawyers and judges throughout the state.  More than 70 years later, our firm continues today to set the standard for representing clients who have been injured in automobile collisions.  Let us bring our wealth of knowledge and experience to your case. Our client representation in this area of our practice is led by William J. Kimsey.
